I hate to say it, but this type of problem is very common with article sites such as the ones you posted to. However, you were very smart to set up a Google Alert to track your post, a great idea for many reasons, and you seem to be doing the right thing to handle it.
However, most likely, it is going to come down to you asserting your copyright and getting the offending sites shut down. You probably will have to file DMCA notices on these sites at some point.
If it comes to that, please let me know and I’ll gladly do what I can to help.
