It's bad enough you can barely get a real person on the phone,but to have a virual agent only adds more insult to a user's experience. Virtual agents can't "feel" what I'm saying. I want a real live person or at least a very comprehensive FAQ page. I don't need R2D2 unless he has an extra light saber for me to use!
